As 2022 comes to an end I would like to thank all of my clients for their continued support. You all have definitely kept me going over the years, and I truly appreciate you.

As a small business owner I have learned a lot over the years and am still learning how to fully manage and run a business properly. I must say I've been extremely lenient on how I've been operating my business. I've allowed things that most if not all business owners would not allow.

Here are a few examples that I have regretfully allowed or disregarded over time:
•Clients need full sets and I have not charged them the full set price.
•Clients have been 10-45 minutes late, whether it be due to traffic, running late, or just the fact of knowing I didn't have a client after them and I did not charge them a fee at all and allowed them to still get serviced.
•Clients arriving 5-15 minutes late without calling me at all and I did not charge them a fee.
•Clients call at their appointment time and cancel their appointment and I did not charge the cancelation fee of 50%.
•Clients say they would be 10 minutes late and that turned to 20 minutes late and they were not charged a fee.
Etc.....

As you can see I have not been conducting my business properly and I blame myself for being unprofessional and too gracious. I just want to be transparent so that everyone can see I am to blame for allowing this.

I looked at it as I was looking out for my clients, but in the end I was/am only hurting myself and business.
My late policy is on my website and will be put in place going forward. I love all my clients and do what I can to accommodate you all, but I still have a business to operate at the end of the day.

I am correcting my behavior in order to conduct my business as it should be. Thank you For your continued support and understanding.
