Need to cancel or reschedule?☎️ Just call or text the phone number included in Rosy's reminder.
⏰ Our Cancellation PolicyPlease give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice—or no-shows—will be charged a 60% cancellation fee.
Why? Because that appointment time was reserved just for you, and once it's gone, we can't magically fill it. ✨ (We wish we had paid sick days too... but our paycheck only shows up when we do! 😂💇♀️)
