These before-and-after results are from just one Lymphomodelling session.

This client had experienced a lymphatic treatment years ago that involved tools, but this was her first time experiencing the power of Lymphomodelling. What surprised her the most? The amount of congestion we found around her lower abdomen.

Although she has a very petite frame, there was significant stagnation present within the abdominal area. During the treatment, she could actually hear and feel movement happening throughout the body, which had us both laughing because she had no idea that much trapped fluid was sitting there.

Unlike traditional body contouring treatments that require multiple devices, Lymphomodelling combines drainage, sculpting, skin tightening, and fat cell reshaping into one treatment using only the hands.

By stimulating deeper lymphatic pathways and addressing areas of stagnation, we’re able to encourage optimal circulation, reduce inflammation, support the body’s natural detoxification process, and create visible changes in shape and contour.

Every body responds differently, but results like these are exactly why consistency matters.

💫 To maintain and build upon these results, treatments should be performed every 7-10 days initially. The lymphatic system does not have its own pumping mechanism, so regular stimulation is essential to keep circulation flowing efficiently and prevent the body from returning to old patterns of stagnation.

This is only her second lymphatic treatment ever and her first experience with Lymphomodelling and the results speak for themselves.

One session on the legs using the Lymphomodelling Method created by .manuelashala ✨

Before beginning the legs, we first targeted the abdomen to help stimulate and support the lymphatic system overall. This client came in experiencing swelling, heaviness, and sluggishness throughout the legs, and by properly opening and working through the abdomen first, we were able to encourage more efficient drainage throughout the lower body.

This was her SECOND abdomen session and FIRST session targeting the legs, and the difference in congestion, heaviness, and overall contour can already be seen after just one treatment.

Lymphomodelling is not a one-and-done treatment. For longer lasting and more progressive results, consistency is key. Treatments are recommended every 7–10 days depending on your goals, inflammation levels, and lifestyle.

One Brazilian Body Sculpting Lymphatic Drainage Massage. ✨

This is exactly why I continuously say that lymphatic drainage is so much deeper than just “contouring.” Yes, the sculpted appearance is visible on the surface, but what you’re truly witnessing is the body responding to proper lymphatic stimulation and fluid movement.

Your lymphatic system contains hundreds of lymph nodes throughout the body that help support filtration, circulation, and overall immune health. Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system moves very slowly on its own and does not have a pump like the heart. When lymphatic fluid becomes stagnant, the body can begin holding onto excess fluid, inflammation, puffiness, heaviness, and congestion beneath the surface.

During lymphatic drainage, we manually stimulate and activate the lymphatic pathways and guide stagnant fluid toward the lymph nodes so the body can naturally process and eliminate excess waste and fluid buildup.

So when you see contouring like THIS after one session, understand that this is not “forced sculpting.” This is the body responding to proper lymphatic movement, circulation, and drainage the way it was designed to function.

The flatter stomach, the visible waistline, the reduction in bloating and inflammation that is the result of fluid finally having somewhere to go.

Consistency is key when it comes to maintaining healthy lymphatic circulation. The goal is not to force the body into shape, but to support the body so it can function, drain, and respond more efficiently on its own. 🤍

This is why lymphatic drainage is not just a luxury it’s maintenance for your overall wellness. ✨

Lymphatic drainage is so much more than just a body contouring treatment or something to do before vacation. Your lymphatic system plays a major role in your overall wellness and immune health, which is why maintaining healthy lymphatic circulation is so important.

Over the past few years, more people have become mindful of how important it is to support the body naturally and keep the immune system functioning properly. The lymphatic system helps transport lymph fluid, immune cells, proteins, and waste throughout the body while supporting the body’s natural filtration and drainage processes.

When the body is dealing with inflammation, stagnant fluid, stress, or poor circulation, many people experience swelling, puffiness, fatigue, congestion, and a feeling of sluggishness. Manual lymphatic drainage helps encourage the movement of stagnant lymphatic fluid, supports healthy circulation, and assists the body’s natural waste-removal processes.

Lymph nodes contain lymphocytes, including T cells and B cells, which play an important role in immune function. During lymphatic drainage, we stimulate and activate the lymphatic system to help encourage proper fluid movement and circulation throughout the body. Many clients notice not only sculpting benefits, but also improvements in swelling, inflammation, tension, and overall wellness.

This is why lymphatic drainage should not be viewed as “just” a beauty treatment. While contouring is a visible benefit, supporting your lymphatic health consistently can play an important role in maintaining overall wellness and helping the body function at its best. 🩷
