Good morning to all our beautiful friends and clients! We just wanted to touch base with you as we begin to reopen in the next few days.
1. There will be no waiting room. We will call you or come out and get you when we are ready. We may not run on time so please be patient. We will be taking extra sanitizing precautions in between each client for your safety as well as ours. We have allowed time for this, but could cause us to run behind.
2. Clients will have to come alone as we are only allowed one client per stylist.
3. Upon entering we will take your temp, you will sanitize your hands, and sign a liability waiver. Masks are required. We will not have them on hand. You will need to bring your own. If you are getting a color it will get color on it. Please plan for this.
4. Please remember your outgrowth is going to need more product and time. Cost may increase due to this.
5. If you are feeling ill or anyone in your household does not feel well please cancel. We have to think of everyone in the salon. Clients and our stylists.

We are so incredibly excited to see you all! The salon may look and feel different, but we are doing our best to make you feel safe! We are looking forward to good conversation and laughs with you all!

All jokes aside, we are all happy to be returning to work and to see our wonderful customers again!
That being said, we will have to conduct business somewhat different now. Please bear with us, this is all new to us. We want to get everyone in as efficiently and safely as possible. We don’t know all our specific guidelines yet but here is somethings we do know.
-masks will be required. Please bring your own that go around your ears.
-come alone. We will have to limit the amount of people in the salon.
-when you arrive for your appointment, wait in your car. We will come out and get you or text/call (still working out the details for this part)
-be prepared to have your temp taken before entering the salon

I’m sure there will be more guidelines to follow but this is what we are putting in place as of now. We plan to be back in the salon first week of June. Please don’t overwhelm us with calls, we are working on calling you all to reschedule. This will take us some time, there is a lot of you to call! Can’t wait to see everyone and catch up!!

Here we go, another month of sheltering in place. We miss you all but safety is our number one concern. Please be patient with us as we try to navigate this. If you have a scheduled appointment and haven’t heard from your stylist, know you will get a call. When it is safe for us to return to work we will do our absolute best to get everyone rescheduled! Please keep in mind how hard it is going to be for us to get everyone in right away. We are assuming we may not be able to schedule like we normally would, no overlapping of customers. Most services will require more time than usual. You all will have more hair to cut off and more roots to cover! But when the time comes we will figure this out and try to accommodate everyone as best we can! We will survive this!!
