Make sure you are following the basics before placing the blame somewhere else.
Do a quick check in and see if you could up your hair game without doing anything harsh or expensive! 👏🏻
I’m not telling you to go to extremes, but evaluate your intake and see if you maybe could use more of the good stuff!
Yes, I’m looking at you. The favorite brush or iron from the 90s! ITS OLD. lol and it’s hurting your hair!!
Sorry to be the one to tell you! 😬 It’s not always a good idea to go so long in between washes.
And really it’s not great to wash too much either. But packing in the dry shampoo can clog your follicles and create bigger issues than greasy hair. 👎🏻

Drinking water is my least favorite chore 😆
But I’ll tell you from experience it helps with EVERYTHING.
Drink water folks!

And it hit me. Yes, we do!! Come expecting great hair and a dopamine rush! 😆
Also, what made a salon experience have to be so proper when we’re all itching to laugh and feel hot!!!??
There’s value in both of those things.
