Some additions just feel meant to be, and bringing Megan onto our team is one of them.

There are certain people who walk into a space and instantly make it better, and Megan has been exactly that. Not just because of her talent, but because of the energy she brings with her. She is kind, calming, hardworking, incredibly detail-oriented, and the type of person who genuinely cares about making people feel comfortable and confident. This next chapter has been a long time coming, and we’re so excited to finally share it with all of you.

One of the things that matters most to me at MW is creating an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, encouraged, and genuinely valued, both for our clients and our team. Watching the girls embrace Megan so effortlessly has made me even more grateful for the culture we’ve built here, and we already cannot imagine MW without her. Seeing her excitement, confidence, and creativity already start to flourish here has been so special to watch, and this truly feels like only the beginning for her.

We are beyond excited for Megan to work alongside Baylee and continue growing the esthetics side of MW together. The two of them each bring something unique and special to the salon, and we cannot wait for our clients to experience everything they have to offer together 🤍

Megan is an Advanced Esthetician who has spent years refining her techniques and continuing her education, with a special focus on lash services and results-driven skincare. Her attention to detail, passion for helping people feel confident, and dedication to her craft make her such a perfect addition to our salon. She takes so much pride in creating beautiful, natural-looking results while still making every appointment feel relaxing and personalized for her clients.
