Glute day at and it’s a beautiful day because we are upping the weight! I wasn’t used to this machine so we want to make sure that we can CONFIDENTLY and SAFELY complete the reps, the best way to do that is by not EGO LIFTING! I can’t even tell you the amount of s**t that’s been going on in my life. It would be easy to crawl into my cave of a room and hide from it all BUT that doesn’t do anything. Get up, wash your ass, get into the gym, eat a meal, listen to your book, go to work or jam out to your favorite music because life goes on!
