Thank you so much for your review! It really helps mothers like myself who work to support their families draw in other clients. Unfortunately, I don’t play that “customer is always right bulls**t” especially when they attempt to bully women entrepreneurs into doing what it is they actually just can’t.

You are correct in saying that I should’ve blocked my schedule off, it’s no excuse that I am a mother of 4 kids who works two jobs and forgets sometimes, however, let’s not blatantly lie. When a client reaches out to me via Facebook, that will be our point of contact. That is where I know I can reach you….

You also allege that I knew you were coming from the mountains, which I did, but you love to leave out that you came down for a different appointment, not just to come to me. You scheduled your appointment with me after 9pm, when I was already powered off for the night and you were messaged at 8:18 am after I dropped my kids off at school to let you know that 2:30 didn’t not work for your appointment time. You didn’t see it until 1:30 when you were conveniently 7 minutes away, a whole 50 minutes before your appointment time. (Had you let me know that you could be 50 minutes earlier, i would’ve been able to complete your appointment🥰)

I’m sorry that the appointment time didn’t work out, but i will not be bullied by clients into taking them when it’s out of my hands and i cant. As a mother, my children will always come first. As a woman who has been in business for 5.5 years, your s**t review isnt gonna do what you want it too girl!
