I do bodywork, but healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Tension, stress, and trauma live in the body, and they’re shaped by the world around us. When ICE kills people or the government enacts harmful policies, that violence shows up in muscles, breath, and nervous systems. Safety is not guaranteed, and access to care is not neutral.

It’s important for businesses, to speak up. Silence doesn’t protect anyone. Silence breeds suffering. I won’t be silent anymore.

Relaxation, release, and restoration are political. I stand for justice, for human dignity, and for a world where people can feel safe in their bodies, not afraid of being harmed for who they are or where they come from.

As this year comes to a close, I’m sitting with a lot of gratitude.
For this work, for this space, and for the people who walk through my door and trust me with their bodies. Cry Baby exists because of connection. Because of vulnerability. Because people choose to show up exactly as they are and lay it all down for a while.

I get to do work that feels deeply fulfilling. Work that asks me to be present, to listen, to care, and to witness real moments of release and healing. I get to meet the most wonderful humans, hold space for them, and learn from them every single day. That is a gift I don’t take lightly.

Thank you for supporting this business, for trusting me, and for helping turn Cry Baby into more than just a place for bodywork. It has become a small, living community, and I feel so honored to be part of it.

I’m feeling excited and hopeful about what the next year will bring. For all of us, individually and together. And I’m carrying a lot of love and gratitude into what comes next.
