Aftercare: Wash your hands before cleaning or handling your piercing.
rinse your mouth with saline solution or none alcohol mouthwash when you wake up, eat, and get ready for bed.
rinse or spray the outside of your piercings with saline solution or Bactine.
practice good oral hygiene with regular brushing and flossing.
