We’re thrilled to announce exciting updates to your Avon business starting January 1, 2025. These changes are designed to simplify, modernize and enhance your earnings potential while celebrating your achievements.

Here’s what you need to know:

** A Faster Way To Earn! - New Variable Commission Structure:

Starting in Campaign 1, 2025, your earnings will be based on your total Campaign Sales volume, which includes both customer purchases and personal orders at the suggested retail price. The more you sell in a Campaign, the more you earn—up to 50% commission!

Let's Break it Down

Beauty & Jewelry:
• $40–$119.99: 20% commission
• $120–$349.99: 30% commission
• $350–$1,499.99: 40% commission
• $1,500–$6,499.99: 45% commission
• $6,500+: 50% commission

Fashion & Home:
• $40–$349.99: 20% commission
• $350.00+: 25% commission

** We Celebrate You! - New Recognition Titles:

In 2025, we’re introducing updated Recognition Titles based on your 2024 annual sales volume and results. These titles will replace the President’s Recognition Program, which will sunset at the end of 2024.

Here’s a quick look at the new titles:

• Ambassador: Up to $4,999 in annual sales
• 5-Star Ambassador: $5,000 minimum in annual sales
• 10-Star Ambassador: $10,000 minimum in annual sales
• Elite Ambassador: $25,000 minimum in annual sales
• Diamond Ambassador: $50,000 minimum in annual sales
• Platinum Ambassador: $100,000+ in annual sales

** Building Together! - Leaders, Take Note:

Starting in Campaign 7, 2025, Leaders at the Promoter level and above will need at least one Personal Qualified New Recruit (QNR) each quarter to qualify for leadership bonuses and/or leadership bonus programs. You’ll have Campaigns 1–6 to prepare and refresh your recruitment strategies.

Also, to simplify and align, the previous Ambassador Leadership Titles will transition to Promoter Titles, as follows: Bronze Promoter, Silver Promoter, Gold Promoter.

All other Leadership Titles, bonus programs and qualifications remain unchanged.

What You Should Do Next:

1. Review the 2025 Compensation Guide: This includes detailed information about commissions, recognition and leadership updates.

2. End 2024 Strong: Strive to achieve a higher recognition level by year-end. We have an exciting upcoming incentive with shipping perks for Ambassadors achieving 5-Star status or above. Look out for more details in The Buzz and the Incentives hub.
