I used to suffer with depression, anxiety and a hormonal imbalance, and in finding peace and healing, it is my passion to help others to do the same! I LOVE helping people find their highest alignment with their Soul, so that they can shine their gifts into the world and have fun doing it! I love teaching them about healthy boundaries and guiding self care and self love practices. When someone doesn't feel they "need" me anymore, I consider it a success! I want to empower you with tools to help you flow through your life feeling centered and connecting to your intuition (and if you are a woman~your sacred cycle), so that you can go inward and trust yourself more, rather than outward! It is a process of reclaiming that divine spark and connection and realigning your beliefs with that place of power. I employ many tools from yoga (I am a yoga teacher), Feng Shui (for energetic alignment), Reiki, and the list goes on, depending on what is needed. 😆😂😳“Mind the static cling.” So just when you think you have your you know what together you drop into hot yoga and midway through the class you float out your freshly laundered towel onto your mat…andddd your clean underwear flies out too…zoikes!! Mind the static cling.
Fortunately, all the males were on the other side of the room. I was able to quickly, like a Jedi, grab the underwear and efficiently stow it under my mat. The hardest part was not laughing throughout the rest of the mostly serious, very self disciplined, yoga class. 😂😂😂

✨ IT’S COMING AROUND AGAIN… OUR ANNUAL WOMEN’S RETREAT! ✨
Every year, my sister and I gather an incredible group of women for a long weekend of healing, learning, connection and deeply caring for ourselves — and it’s almost time again. 💗
This year we’ll gather at a beautiful property near Allentown, PA, with a stream running through it, surrounded by nature and space to simply exhale. 🌿
My sister, Dr. Kristin Reihman, brings her experience as an MD, with Chinese medicine knowledge and an amazing toolkit of holistic approaches to caring for the body.
I’ll be bringing the mind-body-spirit piece through gentle yoga, meditation, sound healing and other practices — with our days bookended by yoga and restorative practices, including a sound bath each night. ✨
Throughout the weekend there will also be workshops, healing modalities and technologies available to support your wellbeing. There will be massage and other treatments available, as well as free time to connect with nature or the other women there.

So grateful for everyone who came out to our Strawberry Splash at Bloom yesterday.
It was such a beautiful morning of connection, self-care and community. People came together to receive a little more peace, grounding and nourishment, while enjoying mini experiences, the gift of prizes and time together.
This is what I love about Bloom Healing Arts: creating a space where we can slow down, connect, receive and remember how good it feels to be in community.
