Well after being diagnosed with cancer i decided to sell the salon. I had 2 buyers but one was a stylist at the salon so i thought for all concered that this transition would go smother if i sold to her. I took her to the landlord and introduced them so she could get the lease in her name. We had come to terms of the sale we both agreed on. But then she all of a sudden had a change of heart and informed me that she would not be purchasing the salon but that everything in it was hers and proceeded to change the locks. She had stolen my bussiness from me and i was so sick from chemo i could do nothing about it. She still has it and is operating it to this day. I have consulted with attorneies and have been told she is liable for the cost of the place and owes me the money we agreed upon but is also liable for criminal activity. Taking advantage of a person in a weekened state of mind due to illness, theft and elderly abuse. I just need to get enough energy back to take it to the District attorneys office and to be able to sue her for the cost of the business we agreed upon as well as loss of income. So Visual Changes is not hers legally and she will be facing jail time when i get my strength back. You cant trust anyone in this world. What kind of person does this. I have ruined my credit now as well as i might loose my home and my life as it was before this. I have no income what so ever and have no way of working in my condition. Trying to get on diability but that takes a very long time. She sayes she is a christian and follows christ. Well i know this is not the christ i know or want to know. That should have been my first warning. People who wear the title of christian around there neck like a bill board does it becouse they know they are something else like evil. Very very sad. 30 years of hard work done the drain becouse of this woman and cancer. Sham on her.....
