This clients first session I wasn’t able to take measurements but the before and afters were so 🔥, I couldn’t wait until I was able to measure her this next time!

In this 90 minutes alone she lost
0.5” around the small of her waist

No 2 bodies are alike so results do vary from person to person due to overall diet, water intake, general health and habits.
