I have loved the last 2 1/2 years in this beautiful space. I am so grateful for my time here, and I am PROUD of what I created. My clients have been my rock through my journey, through all the risks and missteps. The ones who have stuck by my side through it all I love you, you are the reason I love my job. The last few months have been hard. I feel like since my car accident in June it has been one thing after another. But that is life am I right? Due to some unforeseen, and unfortunate circumstances I have to walk away from this beautiful space. Sometimes in business you have to know when to call it. Sometimes you have to take a step back to leap forward. If you know me you know I am not afraid of taking risks in business- I kind of live for it. But right now my family has to come first so I need to play it safe for a bit. I will be slowly moving out next month and will officially be in my new space late November. I am so grateful to have found a place at a friend’s spa in Old Town Clovis. Back to my roots. This is not to say I won’t have my own establishment again in the future, this is just what needs to happen right now. Thank you for all of the love and support I appreciate you!!

It offers 4 large treatment rooms or offices, professional reception area, large waiting room that could be potentially transformed into another treatment room, large clean bathroom, and utility closet. There is also a potential 5th room that could be negotiated into the lease. Rent includes NNN and utilities. Leasee responsible for PG&E, wifi, and alarm. There are NO SINKS or plumbing in the rooms, the only water source is the bathroom. The largest room is the only room with built-in cabinets and granite counters. There is ample parking available and it is wheelchair accessible. I cannot give you a monthly rent price as I am not the landlord but can connect you with them if you are a serious inquire. Hi friends! I’m looking to have someone take over my lease at the studio starting in November. I am unfortunately losing my renters and my lease is not up until March. If I am unable to find someone then I will be subleasing the 4 rooms out again. I am in love with this space but it is just too big for me, and I am looking to downsize. It’s been such an honor to help this sweet young man transform his skin, and we did it in just 3 short months! His dedication and consistency were truly the key to his results.
