Effective today, a $50 cancellation fee will apply to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows.

I completely understand that true emergencies happen and some circumstances simply cannot be avoided. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have become far too frequent, and as a small business owner, I have to protect the time I reserve specifically for each client.

When an appointment is booked, that time is set aside exclusively for you. A last-minute cancellation often leaves me unable to fill that appointment, resulting in lost time and income. Respecting my schedule also means respecting my business and my livelihood.
