I am beyond excited to share with you the Grand opening of Kiss Her Face Aesthetics & Wellness Center. This has been a dream that God placed in my heart and I thank him daily for the blessing and for the gifts I possess to share with the world. There is nothing I love more than watching a transformation unfold when doing someone’s makeup. This gorgeous woman with the biggest heart is heading out to a Gala tonight with her husband. She wanted a sultry look so we did a super cool half up/half down with a ponytail for hair and decided on a soft Smokey eye to bring out those beautiful hazel green eyes!

Do you have melasma?

Helping clients minimize their melasma takes a lot of patience, time and effort.

Melasma is still an unknown skin condition with many theories. The more I understand it, the more I learn that it’s triggers are anything disrupting hormones or thyroid. Like medications and BC. Often times woman become pregnant which then can activate melanocytes.

Getting on a good pre/probiotic ( I carry a great vegan one) is a great way to help heal the microbiome inside our stomach. Once we heal that, we start to see healing on the outside.

Microchanneling stimulates a process called neocollagenesis. Which, without getting to sciency, is the process of making new collagen. Each microchannel is surrounded by healthy tissue that activates the healing process. In response to these tiny injuries, your body’s inflammatory healing process begins and initiates the production of new collagen and elastin. With this treatment, we Apply serums that contain cytokines and growth factors over the area to accelerate the results. The microchannels allow the product to reach deeper into the skin and boost rejuvenation. 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗮

One of the things I love most about what I do is investigating the 𝗵𝗼𝘄'𝘀 and 𝘄𝗵𝘆'𝘀 of skin conditions. Rosacea is one of those conditions that is similar to acne in that each clients severity is different from the next.

Most dermatologist will give out oral and topical antibiotics however, this only masks the condition and doesn’t get to the root of the condition.

Conditions like Rosacea is the outcome of cells being drained of their energy within the gut, something has throw off our microbiome. Something has triggered a cytokine storm which then triggers the body to respond by over reacting to pathogens which then show up at the skin level.

Rosacea shows up as inflammation in the skin. There are a few types of rosacea. Lifestyle changes, certain holistic topical ingredients and regular gentle facials can all help to control the onset of flare ups.

Here is a before and after of one of my beautiful clients who didn’t realize she had rosacea until she came in.
She has subtype 2 Papulopustular rosacea.
We did a few gentle facials, got her on some clean skincare and look at how much change we have seen.
