Have you met our wonderful Studio Manager yet? Kelly Sims joins Elo Skin Studio with over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, spanning wholesale and retail sectors. Born and raised in the West Palm Beach, Florida area, she moved to Dallas 12 years ago. Throughout her career, she has worked with renowned beauty brands such as Chanel, Dr. Barbara Sturm and Jones Road Beauty, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion to every client she serves.

It’s been awhile! I’m Lacy — founder and facialist behind Elo Skin.

The dream began during my years living abroad as an expat, moving every few years while working in luxury hospitality, beginning at Four Seasons hotels. I was constantly studying service, inhaling design, and quietly envisioning what this space might one day become.

Then came a vacant florist shop — head-to-toe dark brown, run down and closed, tucked beneath trees with charming lamp posts out front. The old-meets-modern and ideal location spoke aloud… and the rest is history.

Elo has been many things over the nearly five years since opening, and I’ve learned something meaningful through every chapter. Working one-on-one with intention, experience, and continuous tailoring brings me not only joy, but daily gratitude. Ever onward in the pursuit of trying new things, refining, and growing.
