Ok folks... In my effort to be transparent and real with you...I got stuck in my weight loss again. 🚧 I got off track, not taking my Fat Fighters like I should...uggg. It happens to all of us. Planning this week what to prep this weekend for next week to get back on track.📝

I've managed to keep off 8 of the 12 I lost, so I'm happy for that. 🎉

Anyone tried those Tupperware like portioned containers? Some are colored (pink for fruit, green for vege, orange for protein etc). Did you like them? I'm thinking of purchasing several so I don't have to think too much in the am when I'm weak. 🤔 Just grab one of each color or something like that and go.

Well folks, it happened. We knew it would eventually...but not to give up!! I gained back 2 lbs this week. I know what it was... Those dang Girl Scout Cookies my son bought me! Those things are like Kryptonite!!!

Ok, so, planning better this week, going to be around some awesome like minded people in Tampa later in the week. I'm hoping for some great inspiration!!!

And I'll let you in on a secret....I wasn't sure I'd lose this week as I know I didn't eat as well as I should have. I completely credit the Fat Fighters!! I truly believe with out staying consistent with those and my greens...today's post would be much different.

OK folks! I've started the 90 day ~ New Year, New You ~ program with several of my friends. I keep reminding myself the quotes in the pictures.

My plan: Eat cleaner (less to no processed foods), protein with every meal 🍎🍊🍠🍤and or snack🍓🍆 Greens and Fat Fighters every day.

I'm happy to say I'm down 8lbs 🎉, no exercise yet because I just had major surgery on 1/5.

Some may say, "Only 8 lbs?" I say, "How much did you loose in the last 12 days?". 📅 Have to start somewhere...one step at a time to climb the mountain! 🏔
