Hi everyone! I have an update on the baby. I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to update you. I have had a lot to process. It has been a busy, emotional, and challenging time. However, he is HERE🐣!
Vander Christopher Lewis was born May 17th, weighing 7lbs, 15oz at 6:37pm. I had to have an emergency C-section because his heart rate kept dropping during labor. Thankfully it saved his life! They were concerned the cord was around his neck. The cord was not around his neck, but when he was born he was not breathing.. He was rushed to get oxygen, and I had to be put to sleep. I was discharged from the hospital yesterday and he is still in the NICU💔. I am happy to report he is FINALLY doing so much better, though!! I have never cried so much in my life. We thank you for the bottom of hearts for all the support, prayers and positivity you all have sent our way! I am hoping I can bring him home this week, I’m just not complete without him. I will continue to update you all💗 when he comes home. As of right now, I’m keeping my schedule as it is, if I need more time I will definitely keep you updated. Prayers for a fast recovery for both of us! 🤍 Thank you also for respecting my time with my baby.
