My clients often ask me how to keep the results from Endermologie last longer....And the answer is simple but not as simple...

After 8 years of working with Endermologie clients, one thing I know for sure: what you do between treatments matters just as much as the treatments themselves.
And the biggest troublemaker? SUGAR!
You can invest in the best body contouring treatments, but if you're constantly feeding your body sugar, processed foods, and unhealthy snacks, you're working against your own results.
Endermologie helps improve circulation, stimulate lymphatic flow, and smooth the appearance of cellulite. But it cannot undo poor eating habits.
I've seen the difference over and over again. Clients who make even small changes to their diet often notice better progress and are more successful at maintaining their results.
You don't need to starve yourself, follow crazy diets, or give up everything you love. Just be smarter about what you eat. Less sugar, more real food, enough protein, plenty of water, and consistency.
My advice after 8 years? Don't make your Endermologie treatments work harder than they need to. Give your body a reason to hold on to those beautiful results.
Because the real goal isn't just to look better after a treatment. It's to keep looking better long after you leave my treatment room.

Staying in good shape is not temporary change it is lifelong commitment. When you embrace healthy habits as part of your lifestyle forever then thing start to work. Often clients ask me for how long they need to apply doing "healthy" things like it some kind of temporary changes that will last forever. Sorry guys, the truth is hard to swallow. You need to make changes that work for you and commit to it for life!!! Nothing lasts forever. Your good sessions will not last long as some hope to. I always say to my beautiful ladies that even results from plastic surgery will not last long if you don't change your lifestyle. It a hard pill to swallow. But on the good side healthy lifestyle will give you so much happiness, satisfaction and joy and feeling great.
