Just another quick post.... Sun protection is important!! Summer is fast approaching and the damaging effects of the sun on the skin is well known. However, what you may not know is that many of the popular sunscreens that are sold in stores contain photo toxic ingredients that may cause skin cancer. I am now selling: Suntegrity. This is a mineral and botanical based product that does not contain harmful ingredients. The nice feature of Suntegrity is that it is for all skin types, vegan, non-greasy and non-toxic. For the past four years of my skin care practice, I have used LED (Light Emitting Diode) lights for a multitude of skin and pain problems as well as creation of collagen! As you may be aware, my clinic system is a $10,000 LED that is programmed. Why do I say mineral based? There are a long list of common sunscreen ingredients that are photo toxic and have been known to be a factor in skin cancer!!! Zinc and Titanium Dioxide are important ingredients in mineral sunscreens...Just be sure the label says "Mineral"... The only way not to get laugh lines is never to laugh....But today, we can all beam about the fact that skincare and makeup is up there with rocket science, searching for ways to keep time at bay and even turn back the clock. The dream of younger, fresher, smoother-looking skin has become reality.
