Today I had an unexpected color correction. She booked for a root touch up and all over color refresh.
When she showed up she said, "I want to go back to blonde"..... before on top, after on bottom.

Yesterday I did Phase 1 of a color correction. We will have a phase 2 in two weeks.
Phase 1 goal: get the red, orange and yellow colors to a blended soft blonde and refresh the black. Cut the hair to a healthy length and do a repair treatment. (she had a lot of breakage from at home color and bleach).
