hey, saints! we would LOVE for you to join us this Sunday afternoon at 1 pm for a Saint Ritual sound bath. our associate, Whitney Hjalber, will be our guide, along with her singing bowls, Solfeggio tuning forks, and hand drums.
we will provide the sound and vibration; you bring your intention; and together, we will get our nervous systems to decompress and our minds to unwind.
if you feel yourself exhaling at the thought, bring a yoga mat or blanket, an eye covering, and a journal — and we’ll see you Sunday.
