Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
•A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book a color appointment and it will go towards your service.
•If there is less than a 48 hour notice for rescheduling/cancelling, you will forfeit the deposit and a new appointment and deposit must be placed. For all non-color appointments, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
•No show-no call's are not tolerated and you will not be allowed to book any future appointments.

All service & retail sales are non-refundable. However, I will do my best to fix any technical issues that may arise. Personal preference changes will be addressed as a new service and you will be responsible to pay for any new color change(s).

I am excited to share that my good friend and autism mentor, Tia, is opening her very own ABA clinic in the Milwaukee area. Tia helped guide me during my early motherhood years of caring for my Autistic son, and I am so grateful for her support.
During my time working as a stylist in Wisconsin, I met many Hmong mothers who expressed concerns about their children potentially being on the autism spectrum. Tia has moved her family to be closer to the Hmong community in Minnesota and is now expanding her dedicated efforts to help Hmong families find the right care for their children with ASD.
