🌸 A Bittersweet Goodbye 🌸

This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write…

After so many wonderful years behind the chair, I’ve made the incredibly emotional decision to step away from doing hair so I can be home full time with my kids.

Being a hairstylist has been so much more than a job — it’s been a huge part of my identity, my passion, and my heart. I’ve had the absolute honor of sharing life’s moments with so many of you: weddings, babies, job interviews, heartbreaks, and everything in between. You’ve become more than clients — you’ve become friends and family.

This decision hasn’t come easy. But with our kids starting at a new school and not having a big village to help, Justin and I know this is what’s best for our family right now. My last day in the salon will be August 1st, just before the chaos of back-to-school begins.

I’m so grateful for every single person who has sat in my chair, supported my work, and trusted me through the years. Thank you for the love, the laughs, and the memories I’ll carry with me forever. This isn’t goodbye forever… just goodbye for now. 💕

Going on 2 years since her last color appointment 😅 lighting was 💩 today with the weather but it was beautiful in person!

500 foils later…. jk but maybe not 🫣

Pictures seriously don’t do this justice! Her hair was to her lower back and she’s 5’10 😅 when she told me she wanted a full foil and just a light trim I almost fell onto the floor. If you’re a hairstylist you KNOW how hard foiling extremely long hair is… so I had my work cut out! After many hours, foils, bowls of lighter, and sore feet later she loved her hair and said she finally felt like herself for the first time in 10 years❤️

Got this birthday girl feeling sassy! So glad I was able to give her exactly what she wanted after going somewhere else earlier this week and leaving unhappy!
