Hair Salon Joe Garrasi started working with hair in 1979 after completing beauty school in New York City.
His first hairstylist position was for Tullio Hair Studio. Joe worked his way up to educational director at Tullio Hair Studio which employed more than 50 hairstylists servicing 2000 clients a week. While employed Joe continued his education and had completed extensive training with Jingles, Eclipse and The Dada Project all located in New York City.
