🚨 A LITTLE HEALTH REMINDER FROM YOUR MASSAGE THERAPIST 🚨
There seems to be A LOT of viral activity floating around the valley right now, including some pretty nasty gastrointestinal symptoms such as major abdominal pain, diarrhea, and just generally feeling like absolute garbage. 🤢🦠
So I am asking my amazing clients to please, PLEASE, PLEASE:
👉 If you develop ANY symptoms, please cancel or reschedule your massage.
👉 If you are feeling sick, run-down, feverish, nauseous, having stomach issues, or just generally don’t feel good, please stay home.
👉 Even if you're thinking, “It's probably nothing…” I would much rather have you reschedule than have you bring your unwanted microscopic roommates into my treatment room. 😂
I love my clients. I truly do. ❤️
But I have unfortunately been sick since the middle of August, and I am trying VERY hard to give my immune system a chance to recover and get myself feeling better.
I am tired, y'all.
Like… damn tired of catching all the beasties floating around the valley tired. 🦠😩
Your health matters. My health matters. And keeping everyone healthy is worth missing one appointment and rescheduling when you're feeling better.
