When you go to Colorado & the Hot Springs decide your color has had enough 🤣
- My favorite veterinarian needed a refresh on her pinks & purples so here we are. We used a myriad of colors from pravana and pulp riot to create this gorgeous dimensional fun pigment balayage

A year and 8 months.
I’ve been going through SOME kind of treatment for a year and 8 months due to this cancer diagnoses and we FINALLY have a cancer date. I’m serving the tumor an eviction notice and it’s getting removed March 21st!
That being said, my family and I are having a yard sale March 18-19th to raise funds to help pay for surgery as well as helping with bills during recovery. I am never going to shame someone for doing their hair at home, but I AM always willing to correct it for you

- [ ] This adorable starshine did ALL of the research (when I say all I MEAN all) and still didn’t get the results she wanted because at home hair is always unpredictable
- [ ] Adding a few more blend-y strand lights and some reverse balayage pieces certainly brought the whole look together

Fun fact! I don’t do pixies & even though this is one, I still don’t 🤪

My goal is to eventually go to barber’s school, to get used to clippers and learn how to cut pixies and men’s cuts - but when Audrey came in telling me she wanted to cut all her hair off and she’d let me do whatever I wanted as long as it was super short, I couldn’t help myself. (PS Audrey and her fam love it, and I do, too 🥰)

This precious girl has been coming to see me for FOUR years, for regular haircuts, and I finally got the honor of doing her first color. A dimensional balayage, popping money piece, and big chip is JUST what the hair gods ordered for one of my favorite starshines

- [ ] Color just makes me happy and can absolutely change someone’s life. This precious starshine came to me for a consultation with both old box dye and professional color leaving her with this unsightly orange root and gorgeous light ends
- [ ] We started with a freehand bleach with 15V, and when all was applied we did 20V on the root area. Follow with a bleach bath on her ends once the rest is washed out. Blowdry completely, and apply target color ☺️

This momma gets her hair done once every year or so and this time, it was my pleasure. We gave her a gorgeous honey/caramel subtle balayage so that it grows out well for her and fades true to tone in the year ahead

What a better way to ring in the new year besides new hair? This precious starshine had our arctic fox on her hair, and then henna. Not liking either looks, she went to a salon who simply bleach bathed it and put an all over color on - color corrections don’t have to be hard but you definitely need to think about the longevity of what you’re doing. Just doing a bleach bath and a color resulted in this strange green/brown situation, which is obviously not what she was looking for.
Being careful and doing an open air bleach process allowed us to bring her a bit lighter and more even throughout 🥰

When you grow out your bleached blonde pixie for years just to get an adorable collar bone length bob and some funky fresh bangs 🥰
