Good morning! Just wanted to give a little update on appointments & scheduling.

My next available appointment for color or haircuts is the week of September 7th! That’s after school starts… I am literally booked solid with nowhere to really squeeze anyone in.

‼️There is one evening I am suppose to have off that I am reserving for now and may open up for back to school cuts only, if it’s needed.📚✏️ Again, that is me giving up an evening off to accommodate.

Just a reminder that I get the same 24 hours in a day that everyone else gets and I also work a full time job, Monday through Friday… and I have to sleep too😴😅 Days that I work both, I’m easily working a 13 hour day.

PLEASE be understanding, proactive & book ahead of time. I don’t WANT to work this much, I don’t WANT to work 13 hour days, I don’t WANT to chance losing clients… I would rather do hair full time and fit you all in but this is what I HAVE to do right now in this chapter of my life. And I’m doing my absolute best… please give me some grace. Thank you!

I know it’s a little early but back to school 📚✏️ appointments are right around the corner. That time of year gets very busy so please book now if you need to get in mid to end of August/beginning of September!

Clients, followers & potential clients, PLEASE READ!

The time has come for me to implement some policies that are effective starting today, 8/25/2022. Updated: 12/18/25

No shows, reschedules and last minute cancellations were a big part of what drained me the first time I did hair, so I find it necessary to address these issues immediately.

In order to implement some of these policies, booking through the online link will be required. Please continue to reach out to me for color & service consultations before booking and with any questions you may have! I can edit appointments, timing, etc. if and when needed.

Policies effective 8/25/2022:

DEPOSIT POLICY: A $50 non-refundable & non transferable deposit will be required for any type of color service! The deposit will go towards the final total of the service unless the client reschedules the initial appointment. If that happens, the deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable and a new deposit must be made to block off another appointment time. If booking online, I will be in touch to discuss the deposit before confirming/accepting the appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY: I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request a minimum of 24 hours for all appointment cancellations. Cancellations made in this 24 hour window may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee! Any No Shows will be charged 100% of the service they were booked for.
Furthermore, a non-transferable deposit may be required if the client reschedules an appointment more than once. With this policy, a card will be required at time of booking. This means booking through the salon website or booking site. Please feel free to continue to reach out to me for color and service consultations before booking and to discuss appointment availability if you have any concerns or questions.

Anyone who books their next appointment at the salon with me directly will be asked to put a card on file for future appointments.

LATENESS POLICY: Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. The client could be charged for the last minute cancellation.

REFUND POLICY: I pride myself on exceptional quality of work. I will do my best to ensure all guests are satisfied with their service. Due to unforeseen variables I understand that sometimes things do not go as expected. Please reach out to me within 72 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made. While adjustments can be made, no refunds will be issued and I will do my best to schedule adjustments in a timely manner.

Please reach out to me with any questions or for clarification on anything stated above! Appointments booked from this point forward will be subject to the deposit policy and booking online with the required card information.

Time = money, wasted time = unpaid bills.
