💕Five years ago, I held a grand opening party for my spray tan studio.
I had a caterer, a bartender, a DJ, prizes, and games.

➡️ Ten people showed up.

➡️ None of them were clients.

At the time, I had just left a corporate career of more than 20 years. When I told people I was going to open a spray tan studio in my living room, most of them thought I was crazy. 🤪

Honestly, I was still figuring out who I was without the career I had built my life around.

😌 I knew how I wanted people to feel when they walked through my door. I wanted them to feel seen, supported, and free to show up as themselves. So I kept going, even when the grand opening looked nothing like I’d imagined.

🎉Five years later, that studio has grown into Sinful Glow Skin Studio. I’ve completed more than 13,000 services, built a client list of more than 4,000 people, and watched Sinful Glow Body Collective products reach salons across the country. Now I’m preparing to open Siren’s Mane Blow Dry Bar and launch Dana Craft Consulting.

🫶🏻I’m proud of those milestones. But what means the most to me is the culture we built along the way: a place where women support women, clients feel welcome, and integrity guides how we serve people.
