Acupressure is now on the table! I have completed my second training of the year.

What will be different about my massages? This class focused on indirect treatment of pain and discomfort. This is very helpful when the problem area is too tender to work directly. This can also be a great way to prepare an area of the body for direct work by softening the tenderness.

If you are interested in learning more about how acupressure works or want to see if it will provide you some much needed relief, please ask about it at your next session!
