A few things have been brought to my attention in the last month or so with all the changes my life has taken, SO I feel like it’s time to make a post and address a few things. I might step on some toes…

First I’m going to say during this time I have learned who really loves me and values me! Loyalty and mutual love /respect means the WORLD to me right now! Every person that sits in my chair knows I love everyone and that I pour all of me into their hair. So to have people pouring back into me while I was down meant the world to me.

Many of you that really love me especially those that are a little older and wiser have been telling me that I’m too nice, that I allow people to not respect my time… so here goes… y’all know I’m not good with this part I’m really too nice 😑

New policies as of 9-16-21

No call no show policy. If you attempt to book an appointment after a no call no show you will be required to pay for your service via Facebook pay, Apple Pay, or cash app *AT TIME OF BOOKING*

If you are more than 15 mins late we will have to reschedule your appointment school pick up cannot wait for that 15 mins that someone would cause me to run behind. If you are late and have to reschedule a fee of $20 will be due.

Prebooking and booking. Know that prebooking (booking your next appointment before you leave your current appointment) is the best way to get a spot. Secondly when booking know that all appointments are booked a week in advance *unless* a cancellation is available. I am no longer able to book same day appointments or next day appointments. Unless you see me post that one is available. I always post my cancellations first come first serve on Facebook. I might start an auto text subscription thing that will send out a text to everyone I haven’t decided yet.

*Color Clients* I now require a deposit for any client booking an appointment for color and lightening. Deposit will be half your final total for all services. Example if you are getting a single fashion color (pink/purple/blue etc), root retwist, and two strand twists your total will be $120, $60 will be paid as deposit as time of booking and $60 will be paid at time of service. I don’t keep color in stock so that it doesn’t expire I also use professional color, not hair store color so this money would purchase the color you are requesting.

At this time I will not be charging a cancellation fee because most are respectful with cancellations and I’m understanding with canceling because I know what’s going on in the world right now and sometimes I’m having to cancel as well…

Covid all I’m going to address here is please if you are on covid quarantine for any reason symptoms or close contact please make me aware so I can decide if we need to cancel. If you have tested positive, or have symptoms and have been quarantined please contact me for a reschedule. We will be adding a sanitizing protocol as well. So be prepared when I come at you with the hand sanitizer. Please mask if you are coughing, sneezing, etc even if it’s allergies.

New hours:
Sunday extremely limited and random after church
Monday-Tuesday Closed (no appointments no booking)
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
8:30-3 (last appointment would be 1 so that I’m finished by 3 for school pick up)
Then 4:15-6
This limits me to 4 or less heads a day so time is limited and the reason this post is currently needed.
Saturday 9-7

Keep in mind I usually don’t have time during the day to really catch up my books and I’m usually booking after I’m “off work” so if you don’t hear from me by 8 or 9 pm message me again chances are it got lost in the shuffle or I opened it during the day and forgot to respond I am human.

Lastly I am at a place in my career where I’m blessed enough to say for right now I’m not accepting any new clients unless you have dreads or are serious about starting dreads and are personally referred by an existing client. You’ll have to show me some proof because we getting kinda exclusive over here 😬 everyone I speak to says “white girl” is the talk of the town (even up in Shelby, out in union, or down in Spartanburg people know about the white girl) and I love y’all for making it that way! Each of you know you are loved when you are in my chair! If you are still reading this at this point I definitely know you love me 🥰😜
