You thought you were joining a gym, but somewhere between the workouts, birthday celebrations, parking-lot conversations and “Girl, where were you last week?” texts…you found your people. 💕

The Whole You has never been just about working out. It’s about women showing up for themselves and showing up for one another.

Two years ago, I sat down with two of my friends, Tahja Etalicia and Mallory, and told them about my vision for G.L.O.W. They both poured into the idea with honest feedback, helpful resources, and insight that helped me begin to shape what this program could become.

Mallory, owner of Elevate Your Impact , has not once since then taken her foot off the pedal when it comes to GLOW, or me. She has continued to check on me, advise me, brainstorm with me, love me, and protect the vision. For that, I will always be grateful. 💕

Today, I led my (second year) third session of the GLOW Youth Wellness Experience, and it was only right to ask Mallory to speak with the girls about our second pillar: Love Yourself.

There is something special about watching a vision come full circle and having the people who believed in it from the beginning standing beside you as it grows.

Mallory, thank you for pouring into me so that I can continue pouring into the next generation. Your friendship, wisdom, and support mean more than you will ever know. 💗✨

GLOW is all about women pouring into women, so we can pour into the girls coming behind us. 💗

The GLOW Girls Confidence & Wellness Summit is more than just an event—it’s an empowering experience designed to help girls feel strong, seen, supported, and confident.

Through movement, mindfulness, motivation, and meaningful connection, participants will gain practical tools to develop healthy habits, emotional resilience, leadership skills, and greater self-esteem in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
