While there are a select few items in the Kevin.Murphy line we still appreciate, as a whole the line no longer meets the needs of the majority of our clientele. We will no longer be carrying the line in the salon but you can still order it through our affiliate link and have our distributor ship it directly to you!

As an intern, Paris is guided by Amy (Owner & Educator) to learn the ins and outs of our methodology: The 4 Pillars of ArchiTEXTURE. This encompasses everything from consultations, color formulating, styling, cutting, understanding products and so much more!

Here at Ambushed Salon, we love your naturally curly hair and want you to love it, too! Therefore, our Curl Specialists tailor each service specifically to your unique curls. We welcome all types of curls- everything from beachy waves to kinky-afro textures and everything in between! This means our clientele is made up of a wide variety of diverse, multicultural curl textures. Because not every curl requires the same approach, we use both wet and dry cutting techniques to provide the best results for your curls. Our passion for education ensures you’ll leave with a personalized plan to support you with at home care, including products and styling tips.
Founder and Curl Specialist, Amy Bush, is passionate about bringing out the unique beauty in curly and naturally textured hair. She has used her 30+ years of training and experience to develop her own techniques and has put together a fantastic team of Curl Specialists who share the vision and talent you’ve been asking for. Using Keune hair color and products from R+Co, Kevin.Murphy, Wonder Curl and LivSo, we will treat you and your curls the way you were meant to be treated, so you love the natural you.
