BREAKING: Congressman Ted Lieu incinerates Donald Trump for ordering a water release in California as a "PR stunt" that did nothing but waste water and damage the environment.

This is how you expose Trump on the world stage...

"When you solve for the wrong problem, not only do you not get the solution, you can cause harm," Lieu said at a House Judiciary hearing on "California Fires and the Consequences of Overregulation."

"Donald Trump has it in his mind that somehow there’s a spigot in Northern California, and he’s going to open a valve and dump water to Southern California," Lieu continued.

Trump's idiotic order last week — which was designed to grab headlines without actually accomplishing anything — was for the Army Corps of Engineers to unleash water roughly one hundred miles away from the Los Angeles fires (which had already been largely contained.)

Not surprisingly, Trump lied about the order's effects and claimed that "once empty ‘halfpipes’ are now brimming with beautiful, clean water" which was flowing to Los Angeles. In reality, the water did not reach LA and was not needed.

Not only that, but the early release may have endangered the available water supply when spring arrives.

Lieu slammed the order, explaining that the over 2 billion gallons of water "almost flooded farmland" but thankfully local officials interceded before even more water could be released.

"This water was saved for the farmers, for the summer season when they needed the water," said Lieu. "The president wasted all this water that isn’t even reaching Southern California."

He added that the water is "going to evaporate for a PR stunt."

"This was a harmful, ludicrous action to solve for the wrong problem" Lieu stated.

This is textbook Trump. He has zero interest in learning about problems or actually solving them. He only cares about claiming a win in the media before moving on to the next issue, leaving a trail of wreckage in his wake.

BREAKING: Donald Trump's nominee for FBI Director gets hit with a stunning scandal as it's revealed that he was paid $25,000 by a Russian-linked company to appear in a propagandistic "documentary" in which he demanded the closing of the FBI's headquarters.

And it gets so much worse...

Kash Patel, a noted conspiracy theorist and diehard Trump loyalist, was paid the sum in question by the film company Global Tree Pictures, which is owned by a Russian national.

The company has produced content pushing the Kremlin's anti-Western and anti-democratic views. One of their previous projects was a pro-Russian propaganda campaign that received money directly from a fund created by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

The disturbing revelation came after The Washington Post obtained documents outlining the payment to Patel.

In return for the cash, Patel sold out his country by appearing in a conspiracist documentary that pathetically claimed that there was a Deep State plot which "destroyed the lives of those who stood by Donald Trump in an attempt to remove the democratically elected president from office."

The six-part series was called "All the President’s Men: The Conspiracy Against Trump" and aired on Tucker Carlson's online network. Carlson has been a noted defender of Putin's Russia and regularly pushes Kremlin talking points.

Perhaps most disturbingly, Patel stated in the documentary that he plans to "shut down the FBI headquarters building and open it up as a museum to the ‘deep state.’"

Ending the FBI has long been at the top of the Kremlin's wishlist, as the Bureau regularly foils Russian intelligence operations and fights against oligarch corruption.

If Trump gets his way, the man who wants to destroy the FBI will be entrusted with leading it.

BREAKING: Elon Musk's DOGE organization is rocked by a jaw-dropping scandal as it's revealed that one of the teenagers he hired was previously fired from an internship for allegedly leaking company secrets.

And it gets so much worse...

19-year-old Edward Coristine — one of the Elon minions currently rummaging through sensitive government databases — was fired for allegedly sharing information with a competitor.

"Edward has been terminated for leaking internal information to the competitors. This is unacceptable and there is zero tolerance for this," a 2022 memo from an executive at the firm that fired him reads.

"I can confirm that Edward Coristine's brief contract was terminated after the conclusion of an internal investigation into the leaking of proprietary company information that coincided with his tenure," said a spokesperson for Path Network, the firm in question.

Coristine claimed afterward that while he had retained access to the firm's computer, he hadn't improperly exploited that access. He further insisted that he had done "nothing contractually wrong."

It should go without saying, but someone who was accused of leaking sensitive information at a previous job cannot be trusted with the sensitive personal data of American taxpayers.

Senator Wyden previously criticized "Elon Musk's goon squad" and said that they cannot be allowed to access systems that control payments related to Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.

It's time to shut DOGE down for good. These Musk minions simply cannot be trusted.
