If you are looking for a customized recovery & wellness experience, I’ve got you! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and I have a special licensure in CranioSacral Therapy as well as a special certification in Advance Sports Massage & Orthopedic Assessment. My tools include manual therapy, cupping, qua sha, & hot stones. I offer special orthopedic cushions for chest tissue and spinal alignment as well as sideline support.

My clientele ranges from young children, to 60+ and I have experience working with competing athletes of all disciplines, prenatal and post surgery recovery.

In addition to my Therapy Business I also own an Apothecary Honeyroots + Hollow . You can find my products on Etsy, my massage clinic in Gainesville, FL and various different vendor locations in Baker County, FL.

We are so excited for how well our Hillbilly Fire C***r has done 🍊 🫚 🧅 and we know there’s been some disappointment because we sold out so soon! BUT… we are making new batches weekly from now on and you can expect the first of those batches to be rolling out June 5th at Reimer Coffee Co. of Macclenny, FL as well as my massage clinic Ashlie Wilson, LMT, CST in Gainesville, FL!

Check out our family business Honeyroots + Hollow Apothecary on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok 🍯 🫚
