I'm looking back on this past year with my clients, and I feel gratitude and awe. I've seen prime examples of both determination and self-love as some have navigated life-altering traumas or chronic illnesses. I've tried to listen quietly when some have bravely explored their vulnerable inner thoughts outloud. Holding space for you has been an honor that I've felt deeply this year.
