� I prefer not to go over other nail techs work, for two reasons i can not guarantee the work, also may not be able to match the color of the acrylic used. Please know if you show up and I’m not able to match it you will be turned away.
� It’s important to please mention any broken, chipped or nail replacements when booking your appointment. I only book for enough time for what services you are asking for, there will be no add on’s at appointments. Also be very clear on the services you are booking for, you will be turned away if you booked for a fill but are wanting a full set.
� I have a strict 15 minute grace period, your appointment will have to be rescheduled if you show up after the 15 mins
� If you are a No call No show, there is a mandatory $20 non-refundable non-transferable deposit to book another appointment and must be paid to confirm the appointment. The deposit will go towards your services.
� No extra guest are allowed in the shop unless there are receiving services their selfs. No children please.
� Cancellation, I’m normally very understanding, but if you cancel twice in a row i will need a $20 non-refundable deposit for your 3rd rescheduled appointment.
