Having a rough day remembering the last time I saw my first baby. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about his shaggy little self. Glad my Penelope got to meet him also even if it was near the end.

Say officially made when one of your besties texts you and tells you she’s coming to town for one of our favorite musicians. Been missing my concert friend desperately recently.

Happy sixth birthday to this sweet girl. Hard to believe it’s been six years already but love watching you grow. 💗💗💗

People ask me all the time how I find the motivation to live a healthier lifestyle everyday 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

The short answer is I don’t.

What you don’t see is that my alarm goes off at 4am most days (yes even some weekends) and even I hit snooze sometimes.

I like to indulge in food and drinks just as much as the next person (sometimes more then I should) 🍔🍟🍕🍷🍹🍻

But when push comes to shove I get my sh*t together because I know I feel better when I fuel my body properly and have more energy to give to my patients when I get a good sweat in.

Nothing about it is easy. If it was, every one would be doing it. You have to be your own motivation. 💪🏼

One month.
That’s all that is between these to pics and though the differences may be small they are there.
7lbs lost would be the biggest change in one month. How you ask? By staying consistent and not giving up that’s how.
The newest program I’ve been doing launched at the beginning of July and I started off a little shaky so after I got back from a weekend away I started over and really put 110% in and can see it in the pics.
So anyone that’s wanting to lean out this last bit of summer we are starting round two coming up. Drop an emoji if you want to get on this.

More mornings then not I hear my alarm go off and think I’ll just workout after work but then again I know myself and know something always comes up and it doesn’t get done. So I roll out of bed and get it done before something can come up and I make an excuse to not do it. Consistently choosing my health every morning is how results continue to show through. So excited for the newest program release and can’t wait to try the sample workout Monday. Who wants to try it with me??
