1. Scalp care! Exfoliate and massage your follicles to help promote blood flow and get all the buildup off.
2. Shampoo and conditioner that works for you! Find a shampoo and conditioner that is made for your hair type. Not just what’s trendy. Customize it for your needs.
3. Heat protection always! Heat isn’t the enemy, too hot of tools and failure to use protection is! Also use what is right for your hair type.
4. Never go to sleep with wet hair. Hair is 50% more vulnerable to breakage when wet. You are also creating an environment for oil production and scalp problems like dandruff to thrive.
