Losing a fur baby.... we got Trigger's remains yesterday. Needless to say that was a hard day. But I survived it.
Today. I was supposed to go to the gym today. I had my excuse already in my mind. Well, it went in one ear 🙉 and out the other. I signed up for 's fitness program and I've lost about 5-6 pounds so far (got a long way to go) but I got up at 445am and went to the gym anyway.
I cried all the way there, through my workout (thanks for the support ) and all the way to work yet found my 😃 because I showed up today. Although I'm really sad, I'm still really proud of myself.
Y'all with these fur babies know. Anyway... show up for yourself today with a 😃.
