Hello everyone! I just wanted to share a couple of announcements. The big news is that my business now accepts HSA cards payments. If anyone is interested in using an HSA card to pay for an appointment, please let me know when booking.
Another announcement is that around Mother's Day, I will be having another gift card promotion. I will give the exact date in the near future.
One more announcement I will be taking classes shortly for a traditional Chinese medicine technique called Qua Sha which is muscle scraping technique that will be used with tools to help with muscle pain and improve blood flow. I will definitely be using this as a part of my practice in the coming months, and I would love some volunteers.

Hey Facebook, I'm sorry it's been a while since I have posted. I want to this opportunity to share a couple of announcements. Due to situations beyond my control, I must slightly raise my rates to counter the rising costs of supplies. Starting June 1st, my rates will be as follows:
30 minutes- $45
60 minutes- $85
90 minutes- $110
120 minutes- $160
The prices will as always include deep tissue, hot stone treatment and aromatherapy. My apologies for the price raise.

A new running accomplishment has been achieved! I officially ran a 10k in under an hour (subtract 1 minute and 25 seconds and .1 off the distance when I walked) I'm proud that I achevied my fitness goals over the last 5 years.
