Upon studying soapmaking in the year 2000, Ariale Lewis created such felicitous, well balanced, luscious soap recipes that her line would earn a cult following and inspire others to make more conscious decisions about what they consume, to become makers, and to be sure to enjoy what mother nature has to offer. She retired in 2016 and passed the business on to long-time fans Milan Mixson & Christopher Cline. Milan still has a scrapbook she started in 2004 while attending the Florida School of Massage. She loved the Stinky Lewis' Soap that she would purchase at the downtown Gainesville Farmer's Market from Ariale so much that the labels earned a place in the book for their inspiration and aesthetics. Little did she know she'd one day have the delightful opportunity to carry on this business for its founder. We make our stinkin' good soap from scratch using organic base oils and the cold-process method. Our ingredients list is very important to us; not only must it be 100% accurate and clear, but we must be proud of its contents. You won't find artificial colorants here (or even mica, which is mined in dangerous ways.) If we use a fragrance oil instead of essential oils, which is very rare, and the label will clearly indicate so. You can trust that our old-fashioned soap will treat you well!

They’re back!
We here at Stinky Lewis’ Soap have taken over production of this wonderful natural wipes concentrate!
When our friend Denise, creator of Baby Bits, told us that she had to end production due to other demands on her time, we couldn’t imagine letting such a quality, economical, well-loved product vanish.
Baby Bits will have their own website soon, but in the meantime you can find them at stinkylewissoap.com.
