We discovered an amazing place last night! A whole food plant-based restaurant, SOS free (no salt, oil or sugar) and certified organic (there are only 6 in the US) that supports local agriculture. We had a spinach alfredo pasta and spinach sweet potato lasagna. Creamy sauces made with cashews and pine nuts. Absolutely delicious. So flavorful we didn’t even had to add salt. For dessert ginger turmeric mini muffins. They have classes, documentary viewings and speakers to teach people the benefits of eating healthfully. We will be back! Happy world vegan day!!! There are many great reasons to be vegan, but remember, when it comes to health, it’s not about being vegan, it’s about eating plants!!! As always, vegan or not vegan, I want to encourage people to eat more plants!!! Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds 🌱 🌱
