A Little Reminder From Me, With Love ❤️

"Four of my appointments canceled today, and when I sent them the cancellation policy, some were disappointed."

I’m so grateful that many of my clients are also my friends. Because of that, I’ve always tried to be understanding and flexible when life happens and someone needs to cancel or reschedule. I’ve waived the cancellation fee many times because I truly understand that unexpected things can happen.

But I just want to gently remind everyone that this is my job and my livelihood. ❤️ I have bills and responsibilities just like everyone else.

When you book an appointment, I reserve that time especially for you. When an appointment is canceled the same day, it means I’ve lost an opportunity to give that spot to another client who may have been waiting for an opening.

Please don’t let our friendship make you feel like my time doesn’t have the same value.

Please don’t ever feel bad about needing to cancel—just give me at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. And if you’re not sure you can keep an appointment, please text me first. I’m always happy to let you know what openings I have available that day.

I truly appreciate your friendship, your support, and every single one of you who chooses to support my business. ❤️ I just ask that we please respect each other’s time and remember that, even though we may be friends, this is still how I make my living.

Thank you for understanding and for always supporting me. It means more than you know. ❤️

You can go to Zibadebeaute.com and book your appointment online for the second Tuesday of each month to get $5 off your service!

This is not about supporting war. It’s about a people who feel they have no other path to freedom.
