It’s been a little while… but Relax & Restore is still here.

Over the past year, life has taken me in a few different directions, but one thing I continue to believe in is the importance of taking care of your body. Not just when something hurts, but before it gets to that point.

At Relax & Restore, I don’t just offer massage. I help people recover from injuries, improve mobility, manage pain, and feel safe in their bodies again.
