Fresh Featheray is finally ready. 🌿

Tonight, I finished a fresh batch of Featheray Face & Eye Cream.

Many of you have been patiently waiting, and I truly appreciate it. One of the reasons for the delay was that I was waiting for two botanical ingredients to arrive. Featheray isn’t made from a premixed cream base—it begins with dozens of individual plant ingredients, each chosen for a specific purpose. If even one or two are missing, the batch has to wait.

Tomorrow, many of these jars will be making their way to customers who have been patiently waiting.

For more than 35 years, I’ve continued to make Featheray this same way: from individual botanical ingredients, in small batches, without taking shortcuts. It may not be the fastest way, but I believe it is the right way.

The Raleigh Market at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds is where the very first Alywillow store began. It will always be a special part of our story, and we’re delighted that you can still find Alywillow there today through Daleen Designs.

If you’re visiting North Carolina’s largest flea market, be sure to stop by their booth in their new location within the same building. One of the things that always makes me smile is when I'm out around in this little mountain town, and someone says "Hi Alywillow." They may not know my name, but this community has welcomed Alywillow with open arms, and I'm deeply grateful for that.

For those who may not know, every Alywillow product is now available in our showroom here at Ravenlia Galleria in Galax, VA. And every product is created right here too, in the warehouse behind our storefront. From this little Appalachian town, our products travel across the country through our website and to small, family-owned shops that share the same simple philosophy we do.

When I started Alywillow, I made myself one promise: I would never compromise on ingredients. More than 35 years later, that promise still guides everything we make. Every product is created using only whole plants and minerals—never synthetic chemicals. No artificial fragrances, no fillers, no unnecessary additives. Just the remarkable nourishment that nature has provided.

I believe our bodies were designed to recognize the gifts of nature. My goal has never been to create the trendiest products on the shelf. It's simply to help people rediscover that sometimes the best answer is also the simplest.
