Updated Salon Booking/Cancellation Policy. Please read and review prior to booking your next appointment! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me on social media or call the salon desk number at (615) 452-1333
Please take note that a card and 50% deposit for the services booked will be taken ahead of time to book and hold your appointment. Same day no shows or cancellations will be charged in full for the services booked. A confirmation text is sent 24 hours in advance reminding you of your booked appointment. If you need to reschedule or have an emergency, please contact your stylist as soon as possible and within that 24 hour period or before to avoid the cancellation fee. If you are sick, please DO NOT come into the salon as it can spread to other stylists and clients very easily. Please contact your stylist as soon as possible to reschedule.
