Hello clients, I am writing to inform you that, due to recent cancellations, I have introduced a booking deposit for online appointments. To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required, which will be credited towards your final bill. You have 24 hours to cancel or change your appointment without being charged. I am committed to accommodating unforeseen circumstances and working with you to find a solution. However, I must protect my time and business. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you. Thank you for your loyalty and support.
