We have been made aware that some clients are having trouble booking appointments. Here’s a quick guide to help:

• 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽:
Appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲:

– If you have the Squire App downloaded, please remove it before booking through the website.
– When booking online, you will see a 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 option:
• “Card or bank account”
• “Pay in person”

If you prefer to pay after your appointment, select “𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻.”

You will be asked to enter your name, phone number, and email. After clicking “𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸,” you will be prompt to enter a card.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁:
Entering your card will 𝗡𝗢𝗧 charge you (if “Pay in person” is selected). This is only to hold your appointment. Cards are only charged in the event of a no-show.

• 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱:
– Make sure you have sufficient funds available
– Contact your bank, as they may be flagging the transaction as fraud
